Building Surveys

This is usually at property purchase or lease renewal stage. People sometimes rely on the mortgage valuation inspection however, this is not designed to be a full building survey and does not serve the needs of the purchaser, only the mortgage provider.

A full and independent building survey carried out by us will identify any issues likely to require attention in the short / medium term and we provide cost estimates where we recommend intervention and repairs.
